Vitis Heritage

Vitis Heritage is a brand focused on wine curation and the wine experience, with a premium positioning.
At Vyra, we developed the entire brand identity, from the logo and branding to the website, e-commerce shop and user system, ensuring a comprehensive and integrated digital experience.

We also developed a bespoke CRM system, designed to manage the brand’s entire operation. This system enables the centralisation of users, the management of subscriptions, the tracking of orders, the organisation of the customer database and the automation of internal processes – including order automation – creating a direct link between the online shop and business management.

In addition to digital development, we also worked on capturing photographic content in partnership with the brand, managing social media and implementing email marketing strategies, ensuring visual consistency and continuous communication with the community.
The aim was to create a digital experience that lived up to the Vitis Heritage concept. The result is a strong brand with an elegant, functional online presence that is ready to grow.
